Cross Channel, Single Engine, Recommended Boats

Had I not changed boats I would have done XChannel this summer in my Fjord 27, single AD41. As shameless plugs are all the rage now she's for sale at Shepperton Lock (Lindon Lewis/Nauticalia)
I've had her out in some moderatle nasty conditions quite happily.

My little book of boats states that the Olesinki hull had a "reputation for good seakeeping at planing speeds".
Although over 900 built,you never see many for sale compared to say the P33 of which only 500 left the factory.
Also a good boat for the taller among us,as loads of internal headroom.
