Dorado or dolphin fish. Lovely eating and great sport to catch.
As for Crewseekers, yes its a good way to get to berths. I also went with Professional YD and they were brilliant for what they are, ie a good way to get tons of milage. I did UK deliveries and was never normally much out of pocket, well worth what it cost for what was basically a lot of free training.

I've been a member of CrewSeekers for a while on and off.
I've always found their email service prompt and efficient. My only question would be how up to date there database is. I have found in the past that many of the skippers I've contacted from CrewSeekers are already fully crewed and have been for a while. But then again, one of the crewing slots I did get through CrewSeekers became a regular thing all through last Summer (& hoefully this Summer too) so all in all it was money well spent
