Are there any female members of the forum (40ish - but age is just a number anyway) who are looking to do some crewing later this year?
Since my wife died, I have spent most of the time on my boat with my long term friends as crew - but they are all guys - and I think its time to move my life forward.
You don't need to be YM qualified or have thousands of sea miles - but great if you are. However, you must have a good sense of humour, no special dietary requirements and absolutely definitely a total non-smoker!!
I don't particularly want to do long passages - Canaries would probably be the furthest, but I do want to enjoy some sunshine and warmth. Totally flexible really - could be a long weekend or a couple of weeks, or even longer.
I live on the South Coast - and would want to meet up and discuss plans beforehand - but send me a message for more information, or if you want to know more.
The yacht is a 2 year old 11m sloop - well equipped and well maintained.
