Not quite South Coast but I have used a company in Sevenoaks who can either refurb or supply the materials to do yourself. I don't have the details to hand but I'm sure a search on this forum for Sevenoaks will find it as their name crops up quite frequently.
I used Talking Plastics they advertise in the back of Practical Boat Owner and are based just off the A3(M).
I took the old Perspex out of the hatch carefully with a sharp knife (broke a few blades) and they cut new perspex within a few hours - excellent service and then just bedded it in on new sealant.
Salford House Services are the people in Sevenoaks. 01732 464635.
Perhaps more conveniently located Sunlight Plastics Ltd in Waterlooville. 02392 259500 http://www.sunlightplastics.co.uk

i fitted my acrylic windows at the same time as the lewmar hatches. now, 4 years on from launch, the hatches are crazing badly but the windows are completely clear.
the hatches were old stock but had been boxed until i bought them so couldn't have been attacked by UV.
I have Goiot ? hatches on board and rebuilt them a few years ago using materials supplied by the importer. Possibly cost a few quid more than buying elsewhere but it all fitted and went to plan and a lot cheaper than new ones !
How bad are they Robin? If it ist that bad you can get them in to better condition by using some 3m finesse it polih or finishing compound. Use a polishing machine and the difference is really amazing.
If it has gone too far then replacing is the only way. Wasnt there an article in PBO on this recently.
Afraid this hatch is shot - I too use 3m, particularly Finesse It, with a commercial polisher and the results have been amazing elsewhere - but this one hatch has had it.
