yep and cars with registration numbers under 100ish don't even know when they've hit a mere mortal because they were going so fast the collision vapourised poor Mr 19653 in his Nissan Sunny.
That saddens me... why can't people nowadays just own up to what has happened, that way no harm (a such) is caused and no one gets too annoyed... thats what we have insurance for, assuming they are insured. I belive marine insurance should be compulsary like cars.
Similar, although with the car as supposed to boat, was parked in Tesco Helston, wasn't in for more than half an hour and on returning found a 6" crack and scratched rear bumper.... not a mention of who did it and £260 + fitting for a new bumper!
There are enough boats around there so hopefully someone will have seen something or know something.
