Cranchi 41 Endurance owners

Is there any of you serviced the orig. fischer panda generator!
Holy f#uck its a tight fit, why would you place the impeller on the backside???

Hi All,

Merry Christmas, just completed a deal on an Endurance 41 this week, so we're now up to 6 at least !!! :)

Hi Again,

I'm also looking for an Owners Manual, has anyone managed to sucessfully download a copy?

I've tried the link mentioned in the previous posts but it appears that this is no longer valid...... Has anyone already downloaded a copy in pdf maybe that they could forward on? Or do I have to go to a main dealer and purchase a hard copy?

Thanks in Advance,

Roy.

I was thinking yesterday, that the 41 Endurance is the PERFECT boat for the med. I cannot count it's PROS, there are too many for me at least, but I can count the CONS. Please allow me to give you my CONS for the 41 Endurance, which are a few INMHO:
1. The tender garage is small.
2. Air condition is very strong, but only 1 zone, we cannot have AC in the cabin and not in the saloon, and via versa.
3. The cockpit table is quite small, fits two easily, three hard, four (as we are) struggling!
4. You have to be cautious with the aft platform, because there are cases when water can enter the engine room.
5. The side walkways are narrow.
6. The entrance stairs from deck to cabin are quite steep (at least for me that I have a meniscus issue on my left knee).

I really cannot find any other CONS to this boat, and I am very strict with it....... Can you?

Now this winter I managed to correct CONS 1,2,3,4...... I will post pics, and I would appreciate your thoughts :)

I like the 41 Endurance very much. The biggest con for me however (probably enough to stop me buying one) is the size of the cockpit seating (not including the 'driving' seats). It looks like you can only fit about four or five people in there, very small for a 40ft+ boat. Interested in owner's experiences - maybe I'm wrong?

The 41 is like a big Med day-boat.

I have the Smeraldo 37 and it suits us perfectly in Ireland. We've had 12 (!!) for dinner in the cockpit. Removed the factory table and put in a folding table. It was tight, but great fun! Great thing about eating in the cockpit is that you can just hose the whole thing down after (no food allowed down below).

Hi all

I all I bought an endurance 41 of 2008 last July on Vilamoura Portugal.
I agree will all points appointed by nick except air conditioned because I’ve haven’t .
I’m having some little issues about water appearing in the hull inside the cabin in the qc pump compartment, in the storage hull (where is the fuel tank ) and also in some places in the compartment motor engines.
Does anyone has same kind of problems ?
Thanks

We found out that we needed
±5cms more in length and
±10cms in height....

So we converted
a) forward garage wall
b) garage floor

I tried to explore how the water into those compartments and in two situations it appears from the fiber of the hull!!!
I’ll take the boat out of the water and try to discover the reasons and fix it.
