After all our comments about poor service - I had a good experiance.
I went onto Craft Insure Website to update my new credit card details but found the policyholder Tab didnt work (probably my computer set up)
Anyway sent them an email yesrday at 17:45. Got a phone call today on my mobile at 9.30 from a real person - who not only discussed the problem but also changed my details for me on the spot.
Quick response or what !! - That makes a refreshing change !!
