Decided to polish up the prop today, having read on here how the paint stripper thingies on the angle grinder do such a good job.
Bad move, discovered a crack that would have gone unnoticed under all the crud.
The crack goes from half way up one blade right into the key way.
Man in engineers place said its too much too mend, so has anyone got a spare 12 X 15 left handed prop with a 25 mm tapered hole?
It's off a Macwester 27 1976 vintage 23 HP Volvo MD11.
