Note the 'tack line' separating the courtesy flag from the next flag down ... denoting the two flags are to read separately.

Never seen nor heard of such a thing, It will probably be another of these inventions for tourists, like clan tartan
Absolutely the same Steve, I stumbled across it searching for a 'Black Isle' flag, currently under design I believe.
Not going to agree about the similarity with 'Tourist Clan Tartan' though.

I do.
They're a bit oversized for my boat as I 'liberated' them of a decommissioned inshore minesweeper.
One of those things you do when you're young and somewhat intoxicated.
Imagine my surprise when I found a use for them later in life. :sneaky:

Liberating items when intoxicated ....................

Singapore ... a big plastic cartoon character outside a Fast Food place ... we strapped to back of taxi and got that back to ship ...

Same ship (we were in Drydock) .... every day we would see the dockies sitting under a Tiger Beer sunbrella ...... we suffered quite a lot of gears stolen of the ship (Dockyard compensated us all) but same guy and I decided we would get our own back .... so the sunbrella went missing ....
They searched the ship but never found either.

When we sailed ... cartoon character was sitting under the sunbrella on the top of the accommodation for all to see !!
