Apparently about something called a jet ski, whatever one of those is. No mention of PWCs, so thats alright then.

Personally I think this will lead us back to the licience debate. It is clear from my experience that the liklihood of an accident is directly related to HP over WLL.

I notice that QHM Portsmouth announced the following :
A volunteer patrol operating in and around Portsmouth Harbour has been expanded with a new jetski section.
Portsmouth Volunteer Harbour Patrol (VHP) has been operating with two conventional vessels since it was set up in May last year, but a jetski has just been added to the fleet.
Ten patrolmen and women have been trained to use the new craft and they will distribute leaflets describing local rules and regulations as well as help jetski users who get into difficulty.
Based at Whale Island, the craft will be used initially to target the busy areas off Lee-on-the- Solent and Eastney beach.
No wonder Solitaire has been keeping quiet.
