Great!

(Bear in mind though that those plastic coatings are very thin exposing a +ve charged case underneath. I added thin epoxy sheets to any surface with blue plastic (especially between cells and at the book ends and underneath) to enhance the electrical insulation. Some sellers recommend this - see near the start of my thread - linked below - for details.)

Yep, already done. Cut up a biggish empty container for some plastic material. BMS is the sticking point atm, new post once I get more reliable data. Love them though!! ?

Zen and the art of achieving peak contentment from forums...

  • only ever post positive, no negativity ever ever
  • be very wary indeed of any emotional response to some words on a screen before writing a reply. Post from the head. Not an irritated emotion response.

@GHA Have you seen my 304Ah build thread?

That price looks good (inc delivery).
Yep, been through that ? And a few thousand Tb of other web resources ?
Bit limited data so far for a boat install, they are so long lived there isn't much in the way of real world testing yet. Some interesting data from Rod Collins>

Ten to one (binary) you're going to use the RPi for BMS comms. I've missed your updates on the Pi developments, even though I only use mine for OpenCPN?

Welcome back

Thanks. Real nice seeing so many friendly messages. I take it all back. You're not *all* a bunch of argumentative geriatric to&*~#ers on here. ??

An nope. The Pi *is* the bms ??
Or rather an esp32 measuring lots and talking to the Pi.
