Not sure, but it definitely looks 80's in design. I drew up something very similar in 1981 but on a round bilge hull 49ft in length but for various reasons we never produced it. I may be wrong but I believe Souters of Cowes built something very similar as a one off
One off commission out of Pendennis Shipyard in U.S. downeast style, completed around year 2000. Caused a bit of controversy at the time as the cold moulded hull was actually constructed in Poland and only final high quality fit out carried out by Pendennis.

Owner who commissioned her apparently only lived for about three years keeping the vessel in Fowey up at Mixtow Pill. When she changed hands ended up in Falmouth however went down hill for a few years.
