Every project has a "tool for the job". You know, the one you've wanted for a while, but couldn't justify. Well, that router is the tool for this job. Do you have Aldi or Lidl in NZ? Their tools are far better than they have any right to be at the price, as good as the big DIY stores' offerings.

Go on, you'll thank me every time you use it in the future :D

Yeah we totally do have equivalent stores with cheap products, and also very cheap tools in the big DIY stores alongside the good stuff. Ozito make a router for $109 NZ, which is 57 quid where you are, it would have been fine. Except I couldn't get the square teak batten in the first place - when I eventually found it, I could buy it with one corner pre-rounded for me so I bought that. 2 metres arrived today actually, looking forward to fitting it!
