On the Coppercoat website, there's a downloadable pdf that explains everything, including curing time and pre-launch requirements. I'd provide a link if I was on a proper pooter instead of this one finger typing on a smart device

a rough guess is , if you cant mark it with your finger nail its ready to be launch but as Pilot said at less 48 hours .

If you can leave it for at least 72 hours it’ll cure better but I’ve seen it work fine on a boat that was relaunched at the 48 hour point.

I think he means apply it. You want it to be reasonably warm and dry. So not this month in the U.K.

I had mine done in a heated shed one January. They left it for six days.
