I fitted something similar to a BUKH DV20 many years ago. It actually worked really well and picked up blockages before I spotted loss of water. I had a Southerly and often used the engine in very shallow water.

The 150 Euro part mentioned earlier seems expensive. I 'd probably buy a sensor and ESP32 these days, possibly £15-£20 for bits and have alarm, display and also wirelessly alert my via phone.

I am always amazed at how much people will pay for things on boats ..............

I can also remember when this PBO RtR was about practical solutions for the small - medium boat. Now it seems to be 'flash the Plastic' ....

I bought two of these 4-5 yrs ago as part of a larger CN buy. They are amazingly rough and bad
no way this thing would get in my boat.
Might be ok, but flimsy plastic casing is not giving me any confidence.
