I just brought my boat home, Up the Pacific west coast from Oregon. Wind NW 15 to 25 the whole way to Neah Bay Seas up to 4m.
In the past I liked to use a pressure cooker, but I don’t have one and couldn’t find one.
Fortunately I picked up a great tip from Dylan. Boiling cans. Without opening them. It made the culinary process much easier. Campbell’s Chunky beef soup, a hot can was a great treat when cold, wet and tired.
The only problem we had was opening the hot can a dishing up the contents. Even tried eating direct from can, It was difficult when full and the boat bouncing.
We also had a gas barbecue steaks worked great but the sausages wouldn’t stay still and kept rolling off. lost a couple overboard.
Thanks Dylan
