No, but I had on board a couple of 'student' cookbooks (can't remember the names but a variety should be found easily on Amazon) which for obvious reasons tended to focus on simple one-pot type cooking... They worked quite well - at least I think people only threw up due to seasickness.
Nice little book. It's got ten or a dozen recipes that are simple & practical for any galley. It suits my two burner no gimbled set up and me being a hopeless cook anyway.
Try "The Happy Ship" by Kitty Hampton. Its not just a cookbook - stuff on provisioning, stowage, galley organisation, first aid, etc etc .... and about 30 pages of recipes. My copy was published by Faber & Faber in 1989 - ISBN 0-571-15376-3

Try using a steamer. easy to prepare food and let it cook while on the move. Timing for a landfall means you can eat at the right time with minimum effort.
