Can anyone suggest the name of a company to handle the documentation for a private boat sale transfer?

First time buyer, no idea, lot of money involved, concerned about title to boat i.e. undeclared finance company etc.

I have just used a chap called Tim Reynolds from Messrs Dyer Burdett in Havant, Hants for a tricky boat purchase and he was excellent in all respects. Full of good practical advice and was happy to get me working on the case to save me some money. Highly recommmended and a cheerful boat owner too!
