converting to electric windlass, and needing a gangplank

Hello everyone,

We need to convert our manual windlass to electric. We have an anchor locker at the bow which seems to have a fair bit of room in it - possibly for the electrics?

We also need a gangplank for when we moor stern to.

Does anyone have any advice on suppliers, installers or things we should look for, or be wary of?

The boat is a 1994 Hardy Seawings 277 which will be going out to the Greek islands in a few weeks.
