I'd like to fit a "new to me" Raymarine e95 in place of an older E80 in a NavPod which has been cut to fit the E80.
Raymarine sell a kit part number R70010, but I can only find one in the USA, and it's expensive.
I've put a wanted add on the appropriate page to the forum in the hope that someone has one kicking about unwanted.
Has anyone done a DIY conversion?
It can't be too hard, but some practical advice from someone who had been this way could save me a lot of time.

At the southampton boat show David Lennard from Hudson marine was telling me that they're selling custom surrounds to ease integration of new raymarine plotters into pods replacing old. They seemed a bit pricey for what they were but probably worth contacting hudson to ask:

Yes, Hudson are selling them for £140, which seems a bit expensive for a couple of bits of plastic. I'll phone them tomorrow to see what else they have to offer.

I have a sheet of white acetal which would do the job, and I could cut out a transition piece using jigsaw and Dremel. However, I'm fishing for ideas particularly for the bezel, or an alternative to a bezel to cover up the transition piece.
