Having rewired my boat and made a few switches etc redundant on my wheelhouse control panel, I need to install a new panel. At the boatshow 2 years ago I came across someone who manufactured them to owners specifications. Naturally I've lost the name and address, the panels were matt black and metal based - ie not plastic. I think they were based in the Midlands but anywhere would do. Anyone help?

I'm after the same thing but in wood, to match my new steering wheel, See Motor Boat Chat - Wood Fascias - a company cal Taplin on the south coast was recommended with mixed commets.

I had a panel made up recently to my own spec - got it via Waypoint-1 marine (www.waypoint-1.co.uk) in Plymouth and it is top quality.
