Competent Crew Course in Spain

I want to do the competent crew course in the Med early next year, anyone recommend a good sailing school? Preferably in Spain/Greece

Used Allabroad some three years ago. Its tidal in Gibraltar so that helps. I liked them.

menorca sailing run courses out of port mahon,lovely area to sail and learn in.

Also did comp crew with Trafalgar from Gib. Went as a group of four and chartered a boat to ourselves. I think its worth doing in the sun, save the cold tidal stuff for day skipper.
