Comparing Kemps Quay and Quayside Marina

I'm viewing a bilge keel 8m yacht next week in Hythe and scoping a budget pontoon berth. <1m draft.
I'm happy to dry out. Prices seem alike
How do Kemps and Quayside compare? Facilities such as toilets and showers/access/friendliness/parking/etc.

I kept a boat on the mid river pontoon at Kemps up to 2017. Alan and his sons managed the yard. Parking easy and toilets and showers OK. If you had a berth you got so many weeks ashore free. On the main pontoons all dry out except the outside pontoon. Quite a few liveabords and people operating businesses from the containers - it’s not Ocean Village!
