I've asked eight different companies for information about 24v chargers, in the last two weeks, two have replied, sterling to say they don't do one big enough and Kev, from yachtbits, with ideas from a few different manufacturers, guess who is going to get a minimum of £800 worth of business, whats wroing with these other idiots! Obviously got too much money!

You want them to be helpful as well as a rip off?....................asking a bit much of the poor luvvies don't you think :)

"Hopefully that won't be too expensive to fix?"

Not you yer' pillock! I'm still waitin for your next PM! No problems, I'm listening to you and I'm still thinking, I like your split bank technology and may in fact go that way, as I've figured out a way to wire the batteries without it costing me an arm and leg. So I'll await your next instalment, theres a PM waiting for you, with my private E mail, as I won't be on the forum after tonight, for a couple or three weeks.
Colin.

I'm askin' If you see the sterling stand, he said they may be building a bigger charger, this year, but when? I will be needing one, come the winter, but you don't actually need to look too hard, as I may have solved the problem by then, it needs to be cheap enough, but good quality, I want to be able to rely on it and if not, we can rendevous at the Lodonium show/Matts gaff and compare........notes! /forums/images/icons/wink.gif

You tight git!

My vast experince has taught me always to have the cheap wine, which allows one to have the most expensive boat thingys. Next time, march into the shop and when they give it all that lalala this option or that, simply request "the most expensive one". They're always ace, or at least, almost always better than the cheap ones.

Re: i\'ll go then.

right i have to ask at the sterling stand for a 60-80 amp 24 v charger. It's got to be top quality yet nevertheless somehow very very dirt cheap for our scottish mate who is too tight to pay the entrance fee to the show. Gottit.
