Colvin seaworker mk 3

Depending on the prop I'd imagine you could get up to 14-15kts unladen, probably a better idea to prop it to reach 12-13kts with a load on. You'll be dragging a wake to make the QM2 jealous at that speed though.

In this Boatshed ad they mention a top speed of 8 knots with an 87 hp BMC diesel.

However in post 5 on this forum thread, Kevyn mentions :
"In ours we have the then standard ford d, roughly 72hp. With a clean hull we'd average 10knots at 2200 revs, burning approx 2gph, topping out at 14knots 2600revs."
any advice on colvic seaworker

As per pictures on the web the hull comes in several flavours.
The Length in Waterline (LWL) formula "Hull speed = 1.34 X Square root of LWL" based on the 5.94m LWL calculates to 5.9155 knots.
Some 80hp sounds to be plenty for that, IMO.

If semi-displacement the top speed potentially can be higher. Hull shape not showed, but a 40 hp outboard on this allegedly does 12-14 knots.
In any case the GW will be crucial.

Similar or identical to
