Collision regs app?

At this time of year I usually have a scan through my ancient RYA col regs booklet, brushing up on regs, lights, sounds signals etc. Is there an app that has this that anyone can recommend? And weather stuff like definitions of 'poor, good' etc. it would be useful to have on my phone and the tablet that I use on board. Thanks, Colin
