Does anyone know where I can purchase non magnetic cockpit speakers, or even if such things exist? We have discovered that our current ones are affecting the compass and would like to replace them.

I'm sorry to tell you but non magnetic speakers don't exist.
If your present speakers are more than 2 metres from the compass you should not get any interferance.

However

However there are shielded speakers that reduce the amount of interference with compass assuming you've got them a reasonable distance away from it. I think West marine do them.

Yes, there is a way...

You CAN get speakers which are specially-shielded to reduce their magnetic field to almost nothing, allowing them to be mounted almost anywhere. They use additional internal magnets to help cancel out the magnetic field from the speaker magnet.

One popular make of shielded marine speakers is Poly-Planar. Their 4000 series has 4”, 5” and 6” round speakers which handle 80watts and are waterproof (plastic frames, plastic cones, plastic tweeters, stainless steel mounts). West Marine sell the 5” type for $65 a pair.
