Hi,
I have a handheld Cobra radio, I have mislaid the 12 v charger i was wondering where i could get a replacement charger.

I also have a Cobra handheld, the HH325. The 12v "charger" for it is a very primitive device, the only thing it contains apart from the plugs and the wire is a basic glass fuse. So if you can find any plug that fits into the back of the cradle, wire that up to the ship's supply (including a fuse if you're feeling virtuous) and you're good to go. Failing that, open up the cradle and solder directly to any handy metalwork.

All the smarts are in the radio itself.

yep it's just a cable with the ciggy lighter "male" at one end and the appropriate female (although, how much fun is an "appropriate female" anyway?) at t'other.
