August is the month for coastal fogs off the coast and into the rias,now daily event on the weather forecasts.

My last bike trip in Sept 2018 we left Santiago in 34 deg and rode to Busto on the North coast to stay the night in a lovely little small rural guesthouse where it was thick fog and quite chilly, went for a walk to the lighthouse and couldn't see a thing...

I can believe the fog was so thick you couldn't see a thing.
According to Google Maps the only 'Busto's in Spain are miles inland.
