CM93 charts

Does anyone know if it possible to edit the CM93 chart database?

I'm thinking of the 'Object Query' function. Can it be updated or added to?

It can't. Opencpn users tend to use marks etc. There's currently an initiative for organising such markup into layers http://www.cruisersforum.com/forums/f134/organizing-nav-objects-into-layers-55243.html
