Clearing in-box

I've been told my inbox is full. How do I empty it and can I save the messages in another file? or will that exceed my storage allowance? A lot of my messages contain useful info and I don't want to lose it.

You tick the ones you want to delete, then choose the "delete" action from the box at the bottom. I don't think you can store them anywhere else at ybw.com; there may be a bulk-download option but I'm not aware of one.

Don't you have the ones sent to you in your email account? I save a lot of the ones I've sent because there's no other copy, but I freely delete old incoming PMs because it's easier to find them in my email anyway.

I've now changed my options so that I receive email notification.
Email Notification of New Private Messages:

Receive Email Notification of new Private Messages
Don't receive Email Notification of new Private Messages

on the in box page, bottom right, there is a tab "Selected Messages".

Click on that and you can do all sorts of clever things, including saving all your In messages in various formats. Same goes for Sent messages.
