Yes no dought someone has asked before but I missed it, but any suggestions of how I can clean up aluminium window frames, I have tried thinners, jiff, cleaning pasts etc, some improvement but they are not back shinning as new!
If I can not clean them up where can I get new windows for an old RLM.
All suggestions appreciated

Some years ago I cleaned up an old aluminium mast with 'Deks Olje' - I think thats how it's spelt - you rub it down with wire wool soaked in the stuff then wipe it off - it came up quite good.
How your windows would come up I dont know as the wire wool will remove any anodising.

I don't know if you tried this one,

I'm a recently converted biker and for years i've used an aluminium polish called

Super Aluminium Polish, by GP Products, tel. 01543 878238

This stuff is brilliant, knocks spots off Autosol etc.

Its expensive but worth it.

I get mine from M&P motorcycle spares shops.

Hope this helps
