Cleaning advice please

I have been using Starbrite Non-Skid deck cleaner on my boat and when doing the decks I've just taken the (soft) brush over the windows and down the hull. Is this ok to do or should I be using some other product for the windows (MF wheelhouse so part glass and part plastic) and hull?

There was review saying that tesco economy cleaning cream at 35p was almost as good as the boat stuff for non skid.
On windows fresh water should be pretty good, otherwise anything that doesn't also have wax in it. If you are feeling keen, rain-ex or a copy after on the windows might keep them clean a while longer.
