Chisel covers

I have a roll to keep my woodcarving gouges in. I often see people using rolls by sticking the blades into the pockets, when they are designed for the handles to be tucked in, leaving the blades exposed and easy to select as well as being safe in normal use.

Yes I have used corks currently having sharpened with a Stanley block and guide. I plan to retrieve my rope dipping compound from on board and have a go at the tape and dip method out line above as I do find the corks tend to fall off.
