I'd be more worried about whether they've had their annual cockroach 'kill'!! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
When we went there (a few years ago now) they'd just sprayed God knows what sort of bug killer everywhere to try and 'cure' a massive cockroach population explosion. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif
Everywhere you walked there were loads of the things dead or dying, and it was a bit like crunching eggshells. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
It was a while ago so only (half) joking. We have never returned there though, mostly 'cos we thought it a pretty boring place.
Hope you enjoy it more. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
I cannot say for sure that they are open, but a month ago I visited Rota and Mazagon, the marinas on either side, also owned by the Junta de Andalucia, and there was no mention of Chipiona on their notice boards.
Ayamonte is still turning people away, as of today the dredger is still there.
