Child licensing - the right to procreate

>>Or maybe one of his asses<<

A beast of burden perhaps?!

>>licencing a fundamental human right<<

Hmmm... do we actually have "the right" to have children? Not sure sure about that....

If they legislate procreation, do we get a voucher book, like the old ration book, and how many a week or month would be issued?

Also would there be a frequent users bonus voucher system, and awards for the most vouchers used,

/forums/images/icons/blush.gifoopps just had a thought that would need verifying, by an Independant witness, ........scrub that idea

But if it's being rationed, would we actually need any vouchers, and if we did in who would get the vouchers?/forums/images/icons/laugh.gif

Don\'t go toooo far.

Sorry if I am a bit slow to join - being a raggie its taken some time to catch up.

I fully support your initiative and happy to join you on the campaign trail, with one big caveat. I trust you will ensure that regular and frequent practice is actively encouraged, even though there is no resultant production. When I say regular and frequent, I mean more often than once a fortnight !!

<hr width=100% size=1>It's frustrating when you know all the answers, but nobody bothers to ask you the questions.

the thing I hate is when people say People have a right to a child, there are lots of instances when that simply shouldnt be true- when perhaps a parent has had a child taken away due to neglect why should that parent have the right to another child unless the situation has changed? Also this link that all animals have the right to breed doesnt follow as quite often if in the animal world if the parent is bad the young dies, they dont turn to the surrounding animals expecting hand outs for a minimum standard of living!

Jools.. as raising a child is a responsibility that lies initially with the parent but should they be unable to fullfil it it then falls to society to carry out that responisibility doesnt that raise the argument that society therefore has some say in whether a person is fit to have a child? This leading if taken in one possible direction that a potential parent should be deemed fit to carry out their responsibility and that could be by way of parent test?

I hate that comment even more when that 'right' is exercised through Fertility treatment and people say that the NHS should be paying for them to have their little 'possesion'. why is having children a right? I have no doubt its the most natural thing in the world but that doesnt make it automatically a right! why should I pay for somebody to have a child? I want a bigger w***y and a far more attractive face any of you fancy paying for the op?.......

On a seperate note I have found in my life 'People' as a group are the most annoying things in the world! but take a person at random from that group and usually they are ok. How can we take the person out of the people without the society dying? i think it ultimatly its the forced collective conscience that invariably leads to mass hysteria that really bugs me!!

children should be taxed to stop over population.

the population should be dropped by 15% by any number of means -one possible idea could be to leave a trail of fags and scratch cards along the main routes towards the channel tunnel and through into France, perhaps thatll get rid of a few
