doh, there was a nice post about a new tender (or fender) cleaning chemical a couple of months back,i can't find it now, any idea of the website anyone?
Speak to Haydn, he's got some fantastic boat cleaning acid which did his tender a treat.
BTW does anyone have a cheap inflatable for sale. If so please contact hlb, replacement urgently needed, old one nicked from back of Muckyfarter shortly after cleaning, but strangely all metal fittings and floorboards left on bathing platform.
Ribshine is fantastic. I cleaned a dinghy that was covered in 10 years of crap and exhaust stains.
i've recently discovered that Truck & Curtain cleaning by Comma is also brilliant for both dinghies and grp. Don't know how much it is but understand that you can get it from motor factors such as Brown Bros. I suspect it's cheap.
I've got just the stuff for you. We have 100 gallon here. Tried and tested by LJS. You just spray this stuff on say a mucky fender. Well it was black infact cos that LJ was parked next to me with a big black fender round the sides. So dirty black marks on fender after only a few minutes. So tested the miricle stuff. The black rubbery stuff just ran off!! no scrubbing or anything. Use it neat on things like fenders, but spray water on boat first, so it dont get the full power treatment. Just to be on the safe side.
