Hi,
as a way to make my son (8 yo) interested in yacht maintanance, I will let him paint dinghy. He is very happy about it. Now, I need some cheap paint (multiple colors), which will be able to survive few months, do you have any recommendations, please?

I don't think it matters, until you realise that whatever you use will need to be removed at some time. Maybe household paint would do.

What a good idea!

Wood or GRP ?

I'd look at B&Q exterior house paint for the shiny bits, and their textured masonry paint for the non-slip. Almost unlimited colour choice.

B&Q is one of the dearest places for paint Toolstation would be cheaper, last time I looked they were half the price.

Wilco might be worth a look or wait for your next Lidl offer of floor paint or whatever type of paint they have . If your not worried about colours many diy stores have a reduction bin of odd colours or just buy some white and colour to your choice.
