Then merely a case then of getting planning permission from your local friendly council,then getting them to ignore the 10 month residency rules,followed by having sufficient financial wedge to lawyer up and avoid paying your EA fees therebye leaving everyone else who floats to pay for your share.

Maybe you should get it in addition to OT. That way there would be, as referred to above, a holiday home in the Med you could let all your Forum friends use at "mates rates". I am sure we would all be very careful with it......... Seems like a plan to me!
