Any idea where i can get a Bristol Channel chart that is not folded or if anyone has an old one, it will be purely cosmetic so date isn't a problem.

Andy, you could try the SeaChest in Plymouth. They used to be an Admiralty charts main dealer or whatever the right term is, and I have seen unfolded full sized charts in a cabinet in the shop. Alternatively, if you've got an old folded one, you could try ironing it - its what I do with folded model aircraft plans when I want to use them.

Have you tried the chart agents in Bristol? Price's I think is the name - they should be able to supply just about anything.
