Looking to charter a couple of yachts next year for about 14 people.(inc children)
all can sail, navigate and have their own boats, but no qualifications.
Can anybody suggest any locations for short coastal trips (warm)

Also never chartered before so company recommendation would be good.

Sunsail ain't bad with a big crew like that.

There are cheaper options (use summink like google praps) but sunsail have the advantage of having their own flights *(part of first choice, hence if the coach is late, the plane waits) and also, (if you want) there are flotilla groups which allows the kids to meet up with others. And social stuff for parents too, mainly drink-related. Also, if the boat goes pop, there's often a spare boat, or several spare boats.

It is ok in october halfterm in Ionian warmth-wise. Can be dead calm, but there can be storms.

Sunsail don't ask for qualifications (too many boats, not enuf RYA quailified punters really) so they ask for a "sailing CV" for skipper and crew which makes sense, mostly.
