I don't know of any myself, but what about nearby Germany where there are dozens of fleets, such as a large outfit at Heiligenhafen which is only a short day-sail from Denmark. There is no train connection but we exchanged crews there by bus.
Jim Soeferie charters Hallberg Rassys from Kerteminde. If you want something more down-market then as John says you will be better off in Germany. Either Kiel, Heilingenhafen or Lauterbach on Rugen. They all have huge fleets.
Thanks for those. Had found Jim's site, but hasn't got anything when I am free. The Heiligenhafen site looks very promising (even though I can't understand a word of it!).
Depending what browser you use, (I Use Google Chrome) you can set it to translate foreign web sites. The grammar will be messed up, but it will make (sort of) sense. Good luck, it's a fantastic cruising ground.
http://www.dansk-baadudlejning.dk/ This was the one I used to have bookmarked. I think you can translate the page but don't be afraid to ring them - I've yet to meet a scandinavian that can't speak good English... EDIT - the english version's offline, but you can get the gist - prisliste=price list, bade=boats. Not rocket science.
