Would you expect them to be commented on as part of coding a boat for charter if any were manifestly dodgy looking e.g. parcel tape around them etc.
I would at least expect the person doing the coding to be aware the boat is equipped for mains power and strongly recommend that any cables or installation is regularly inspected by a competent person and tested at defined intervals.
I can only think that the boat I was on did not have the shore power cables in use at the time of inspection.
