Err its a chart table stupid the clue is in the name so charts oh and pilot books and the log book.What do you use it for then?

So the roads were the problem !allmost impossable to sail from Darin to Johannesburg as Johannesburg is about 600 ft above sea level
When I first moved to yachts from dinghies I didn't know about reefing - I was given a quick and concise education on a rather fun night watch broad reaching when I emptied the galley onto the skipper's sea berth.I did have to rearrange the crockery storage after 2 plates went awol and one broke in "a bit of weather"
Chichester to the IOW, should have reefed earlier.
So the roads were the problem !
