Changing Lexan windows

Just a small question. My windows are fixed to the deck with screws. How do I go about sealing the screws professionally. Just pouring Sika into the hole sounds too messy to me. There must be a more professional way.

How about a small amount of Silicon Rubber in each screw hole, then do the screw up, this is how i did mine, invisible and totally sealed.

Insert thread of screw (all the way up to immediately below head) into tube of sealant/sikaflex then screw it down - wipe any surplus sealant of head of screw. You're done.

Used this approach when doing a complete refit of a wooden day boat a few years ago. Looked great and everything was sealed.
