Change of marina t&c re brokerage

Amazes me that RYA legal have not sought to resolve this, but perhaps that might impact on advertising revenue....

When I pursued my case 12 years ago the RYA legal department were helpful.

Unlikely. Only 2 marinas have adverts in the current RYA mag and neither of those are referred to in this thread.
