Chandlers in Swanick

thanks but Aladins are indeed close (two in fact) but there is another one tucked behind what was the old Sealine HO.

Some items are 1/2 price of aladins cave.

I cant remember the name :o

I think its the same one that is opposite lyminton town quay.

No its not force 4 that I am thinking of although they are all good chandlers.

They are more or less under the Bridge on the same side as the Spinnaker pub.

Aladdins Cave closed! Blimey shows I haven't been down in a while.
Used to live next door to the marina in Victory Cottages...

I could be wrong as Im not local but the Aladins cave is now Force4 , they have a site both sides of the bridge.

Yachtmail has some incredible offers and are well worth a lookin.

I think the original Aladins cave is still open under a different name in the original barge and semi floating lean to , has some cheap chandlery in slightly soiled packaging but also great for anyone doing an old boat up , its like a car boot sale :)

Yup, Foulkes' Barge. For connoisseurs of "previously enjoyed" boating materials :D

Force 4 do some things cheaper in the deacons branch that their brouchure or the other branches. But only since yacht mail arrived.......

Daka - on the other side of the road to Swanwick marina road entrance is Yachtmail near Rk Marine and Fairline Southampton

The barge is across the river and up stream good of s/h stuff.

Then on the Swanwick side are two others Force 4 now I think aka Aladdins Cave but sold a while back now.

Doh! Just seen others have replied whilst I typed they downloaded!

Agree yachtmail is keen on price and will get stuff over from Lymington that has some different stock I noticed at easter. Also very happy to source stuff and get it for you.

Chandlery barge also stock lots of new gear and the place is undergoing a complete change around at the moment, well worth sticking your head in there for a look.

As Jimmy said, its Yachtmail and they are doing some good deals at the moment!
