Would you expect a car salesman to be able fix your car?

Surprised that they do not stock but as to which is the best must be a matter of opinion and you would probaly think that they were just pushing that which is in stock.

MBM did a good antifoul report a while ago, I don't still have the mag but I'm sure someone will

This may not be helpful to you unless you are based near chichester, however I must let you know that the staff at Force 4 chandlery in Chichester are excellent. They have got a few old salts working in there whose product knowledge and advice are beyond all expectations. Unfortunately many other chandlery shops are staffed by kids in my experience.....

And what would your reaction be be if someone recomended a product that turned out, in your opinion, not to be up to the job?
Would you expect a refund?
Surely, as the buyer, the onus is on you to know what you want?
