Celebrations at Woodbridge

As we left the Tide Mill yesterday (Sunday 30th) we saw a dozen or so 'dressed overall' boats coming up the river past Waldringfield, seemingly inbound for Woodbridge. Was there a regatta or something on? Couldn't find anything online.....

This was a sailpast by members of Woodbridge Cruising Club to celebrate 50 years of the Club.There was a timed passage up the Deben.

The last time we had a sailpast was the 200 year celebration of Trafalgar.

We have a members BBQ today (monday) looks like it will be a wet one.

We were in Seedhouses boatyard yesterday, and noticed a boat covered in bunting and did wonder what it was all about. Now we have the answer.
