It has been mentioned in another thread( sorry cannot find it) that CAV filters are made with the inlet passing via the filter then into the bowl. This seems to be a wrong design as it was pointed out that if the fuel really ought to enter the bowl first so sediment & water dropped own into the bowl.
If one changes to the other pair of inlet/outlets will that correct it or does one sort it with the fuel flowing the opposite way to the direction indicated by the arrows?
Anyone know?
